Man arrested after Eltham High Street assault

A woman was attacked on Eltham High Street on Wednesday afternoon by a man subsequently charged with causing grievous bodily harm.

Ita Caldarar, 39, of no fixed address, is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today.

The victim, in her 30s, was taken to hospital with her injuries.
