Appeal after Eltham bus sexual assault

Police have released images of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a sexual assault onboard a bus.

The incident occured on a 160 at Eltham High Street.

Police state that “shortly after 7pm on 18 October 2021, a 26-year-old woman was followed onto the 160 bus by a man in Eltham High Street.

“The man then sexually assaulted the woman.”

Detective Constable Mark Davies, the investigating officer, said: “This was a brazen attack on a lone female while she was travelling on a bus.”

Anyone with any information should call police on 101, quoting CAD 6748/18Oct, or Crimestoppers, 100pc anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
