Dartford housing development site up for sale
A plot of land with approval for housing close to Dartford station is up for sale.
It’s currently a garage site. Developers gained approval for a block of housing just one month ago.
Plans for the plot include a five storey building comprising flats and a ground floor commercial area. This part of Dartford has seen thousands of new homes recently and plans for a new school.
Last month I covered plans for a separate housing block just to the north.

Greenwich Council are also looking at all their garage sites and building flats on them
That is very true Roy. They are also looking to build on some grass areas to provide some much needed Council homes for people on the ever growing housing waiting list.
One grass area identified for possible housing is on Rochester Way by Carnbrook Road.
