Car dealership to rent in Blackfen for £40,000 a year

Something popped up on an email earlier which may be of interest to some. A car dealership in Blackfen is listed to rent at £40,000 a year which seems a lot to me.

It would appear whoever owns the land is looking to seek a new business, with the advert stating:

“The yard is currently occupied by a used car sales business and will suit all manner of light industrial occupiers or roadside retailers with a requirement for open yard / storage space.”

I wonder if the landlord is really hoping for conversion to housing in future?
