Micro pub plan for Eltham

Eltham could see its second Micropub if a dry cleaners is converted under plans recently submitted to Greenwich Council.

The proposal would see Well Hall Dry Cleaners at Well Hall parade become a small pub venue – following in the footsteps of the Long Pond in Eltham and numerous others in Bexley borough.

The site is two minutes from Eltham station. opening hours would be 1pm to 10pm Monday to Wednesday and to 11pm from Thursday to Saturday.

I've lived in south east London most of my life growing up in Greenwich borough and working in the area for many years. The site has contributors on occasion and we cover many different topics. Living and working in the area offers an insight into what is happening locally.

  • What about the Rusty Bucket? This would be the third micropub in Eltham

    • That’s a converted pub isn’t it?
