Racists target Kidbrooke street signs
A reader has sent in pictures showing white paint daubed over street signs on Nelson Mandela Road in Kidbrooke.
Nelson Mandela Road has seen paint on at least two signs with the resident stating other incidents have occurred.
If anyone has info on who is behind this they can contact police on 101.
That’s being going on at least since the early 90s. I used to travel on the 286 daily on my way to University and for years I saw ‘Mandela’ painted out leaving only the Nelson visible. It wasn’t until I was walking past I realised that there was part of the sign missing. No time for these wasters.
