New dental surgery in Bexleyheath town centre at former Carpetright store

A new dental surgery is planned in the middle of Bexleyheath town centre at 4-5 Market Place (a spot by the old fountain).

Carpertight once had a branch there before hitting difficulties and closing hundreds of stores, as did Bensons for Beds.

The denists will be operated by Dentix Group which was formed in 2002.

A new restaurant is also opening in Bexleyheath at the old Pizza Hut site. It’s named Istanbul Grill.

Work has advanced since the above photo was taken with signage now in place.

I've lived in south east London most of my life growing up in Greenwich borough and working in the area for many years. The site has contributors on occasion and we cover many different topics. Living and working in the area offers an insight into what is happening locally.
